NOTICE

Bed linen is supplied but do bring towels

Any item broken or damaged must be paid for or replaced.

Please leave everything as clean and tidy as you have found it.

Oil central heating and electricity are charged extra as per meter readings.

Rubbish to be left at the roadside on Monday before 10am. for collection.

Labels for rubbish bags (pink) can be purchased in any of the local shops.

The house must be vacated by 10.30 on day of departure.

DOGS OR OTHER PETS TO BE KEPT OFF CARPETED AREA.
